Quick question about milk...if we dine at the Beach Blanket buffet, is the milk in cartons, or is there a dispenser? I was hoping we could bring an extra carton back to our room. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can get milk in cartons- usually only at breakfast. It is important to know that you can also get it with a lid in the main dining rooms and probably on deck as well. But I know @PrincessShmoo probably has a picture!

They do have it in cartons at the buffet that you can snag and bring back to the room (we did this regularly on our last cruise as DS (22 mo) was drinking an inordinate amount of milk at the time), you can also order it from room service and it usually comes in a carton as well. If you order it in the MDRs it will usually come in a glass.

Oh ya I do this almost everyday. I got to have milk before I go to bed. Just a habit.
By the outside drink machine it's only whole milk. I asked one time about this. They said it's mainly just for the coffee drinkers that's why they don't have low fat milk there

Are you on the Wonder? I believe the "fridges" in the rooms are mostly just cooler boxes, although some may have been upgraded. We had a non-upgraded one on the Magic recently or maybe it was just broken. It didn't keep things near cold enough to store milk. But you can ask your stateroom host to bring an ice bucket to the room twice a day, that will keep it well-chilled for a few hours.

Milk (skim, whole, chocolate, etc.) is also one of the items (along with coffee, croissants, toast, etc.) that you can pre-order to be delivered in the morning with the hang-tag that you find in the desk, fill out and leave on your door at night. This service is available every morning except the last morning. It's free other than gratuity.

I thought you could also order milk with your room service order (available 24 hours a day). However I don't see it on the menu so maybe I am mis-remembering that.

You can milk is available all the time when room service is available

Yes, we are on the Wonder. We were assigned a handicap accessible room as part of our GTY booking, so I am not sure if the refrigerator is the same as other staterooms(?)
