Memory Maker issue

Help! I cannot download my photos from November 8th but I can for November 7th which doesn't make any sense. The download buttons do not light up and I've been hitting the refresh button 10 times. Anyone else have this problem? If so how did you retrieve your photos or were they lost?

It might not be ready yet. you posted on the 10 and its the 18th has it worked yet if not i could call
