We are going back home and July, and usually like to make a trip to the Spa for a massage as part of our vacation. We usually go to the GF, but I hear you can get a discount at the Spa at BWV and WLV. Has anyone used the facilities at either of these places?
Anyone had a massage? Would you recommend one over the other?

VWL has a great exercise room - very, very nice. Now at OKW the person who gives the massages will even come to your room for an extra charge - and I am pretty sure that works for VWL - don't know about BWV. the massage at OKW was great! I have heard that the same person does them all - if that is true you need to get a reservation for sure.

DH got a massage at BWV last week and raved. He got the 75 minute massage.

If you get a massage Sunday through Thursday (I think that's right) you get a 10% discount on massages at BWV.

DVC members get a 20% discount on massages at TDI.

I don't have the whole list, but the 75 minute massage is $125, before the 10% discount.

If you have a rental car you should keep the Disney Institute in mind. They have the best excercise facilities in WDW and a great spa with a wide range of treatments. My wife an I get a length of stay excercise pass for about $35.00 which gives us use of the facilities for our entire stay at any WDW reosrt. They have a huge indoor basketball court as well which i use to supplement my cardio workout. The locker rooms are the finest and best maintained on property. And after you've pampered yourself you can dine at one of the best restaurants on property, a rather well kept secret. Seasons is a first rate restaurant and well worth the trip even if just to dine. I would suggest that you drive over there to look around and then decide for yourselves. They will allow you to walk through the locker and fitness areas. Perhaps plan a meal at Seasons while you're at it to make it memorable, followed by a nice leasurely walk through the Downtown Disney area, which is right next door. For us that would be the perfect down day.

I believe the only thing open at TDI is the spa.
