We are checking out of bay lake tower 6/26 and staying at the country inn and suites near the airport for our early morning flight on 6/27. Can we take ME to the airport late on 6/26? What are our options? Country inn and suites has a complimentary shuttle.

I reserved ME based on our flights so maybe I should just call?

Yes, as long as you have an active resort reservation on the day you want to use DME to get back to MCO, you're good to go. Your resort reservation is technically 'active' until midnight on the 26th.
