Magical Express and luggage question...

    My question about Magical Express is...
    If you have an early morning flight and rooms on Disney property are supposedly not ready for check in until 3pm, what happens to your luggage in the meantime?

    Your luggage will be put in the Bell Services storage area. As soon as your room is ready, they are notified, and your luggage will be brought to your room. You do not need to be in the room in order to have it delivered. We always check in as soon as we get there, and head to a park. When we return to our resort, we check to see if our room is ready, if it is, we are given the room number and we head there. Our luggage has always been in the room, waiting for us.

    A message is sent to your resort when you check in at the DME desk in the airport. The resort will assign you a ready room, if one is available. Rooms are rarely available early at DVC resorts and might be tight if you have reserved a room type that's limited such as a room on the top floor of the Contemporary. I've always gotten rooms early, before 11:00a, at non-DVC resorts.
