Magen's Bay Beach Break??

In St. Martin.....Has anyone ever booked this excursion through Disney? We have it booked right now and I was wondering if it was worth the money.....

What does it include and how long is it? Do I need to bring cash for tipping anyone?

I really like booking excursions through the cruise line for peace of mind. We just returned from the Eastern Caribbean on Carnival Glory....we were two hours late getting into port because of high head winds.....we didn't book through Carnival and it was a big mess. So for my peace of mind, I am going to stick with a Disney excursion

It is a lot cheaper to just walk off the ship and go straight over to the taxi stand and get a cab,tell the guy what time you want to be picked up and he will be there We have never had a problem doing it on our own

We did the butterfly secrets and mountain views through DCL in the morning and still had time to catch a taxi on our own to Magens Bay. It was really easy and we made it back in plenty of time. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

If you do the DCL excursion, bring plenty of $$$$ for food, etc. The food and towel rentals were pretty expensive. Bring towels from the ship if possible. I don't think the excursion includes lunch, but I could be wrong.
