For this year's Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, I have a large group of over 100 people coming with me and we would like to eat dinner at MK before the party start at 7pm.

Where is the best place to eat that will serve my large group? Reservation is not needed. I'm looking for a place where they have enough tables for us.

Think you will be forced to split up with that many people.

If you want a place that will guarantee 100 seats at once on a MNSSHP night inside the park, then you can bet that Disney will require not only a reservation, but probably cash up front. You would have to go through group dining to arrange.

Whe you say "serve my large group" are you thinking of a table service restaurant? You will need to contact group dining to see what your options are, but I don't know if there is any place within the MK that would work. Any arrangement within the park would probably be quite expensive.

If you just meant a place to eat before the party, you could do a CS , but you would have to split up and find tables on your own. Some of the venues such as Cosmic Ray's and Pecos Bill have many tables, but I've never seen them cordon off an area for a private party. Again, you would have to check with group dining to see if this would be possible.

Just out of curiosity, when are you planning on going to MNSSHP?

    1) This one is probably not going to happen.
    2) Disney would not hold that many seats.
    3) It would take too much out of the venue's capacity/revenue.
. . . you have to wait for enough tables to come open
. . . they can't sell those seats while gathering enough empty chairs
. . . when the meal is over, it is tough to schedule other ADR's
. . . they can't seat another 100 at a time due to not enough servers
    4) You will probably end up eating in a ballroom or convention room.

NOTE: Disney may give you ADR's that would total 100. But, the times
will not be the same, and you will not sit together. I guess it is most
certainly worth a try, though. And, yes, Group Dining will require the
upfront-payment for such a large group.
