Will Kouzzina be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Or, just dinner? Thanks!

Yes, but they filled first with people who had booked Spoodles, so I hear they're hard to come by. You might have to spell out the name of the restaurant for the CM, a lot of them misspell it and then can't find it.

Any menu or what type of food will be served out there for Cat Cora's place ?

Do you think her place will accept Disney Dream Reward Dollars from Visa Chase ?

I know Cat Cora likes Greek/Medeteranian foods.
Some of her dishes are a bit spicey for our family.
Do you think she'll have some plainer American type food too ?

I booked dinner today in Kouzzina for my wife and I on a Saturday at 8.15pm 3rd week in October no problem at all. Had a choice of two time slots, so it can't be that booked out.

No menu yet; I'm guessing we'll see one shortly after the soft opening, either here or on AllEars (or both). The email I got from Disney said it will be Mediterranean with a focus on Greek. I've heard of people who spoke to Disney Dinng Reservations and were told a couple of the menu items.

I'm not sure why you'd want to eat there if you didn't like her food?

I got a 7:10 reservation and I asked what was on the menu. I was told the following which was read to me by a very nice and patient CM:

    Appy:
    Saganaki
    Spinach Salad
    Spanakopita
    Goat Cheese Stuffed Grape Leafs
Vongole (clams, Clab. Sausage, Wine Broth & Garlic Croutons
    Calamari & Lemons
    Brick Oven Bread
    Kouzzina Spread
    Kouzzina Sampler

    Dinner Entree :
    Oak Fired Pork T-Bone
    Wood Grilled Flank Steak
    Fisherman's stew
    Cinnamon Stewed Chicken
    Char grilled Lamb Burgers
    Traditional Whole Fish
Spiced Briami (Oven roasted Veggies, Oregano & Mazithra Cheese with Orzo)
    Greek Spinach Pie
    Tastitsio ( Greek Lasagna)
    Slow cooked lamb shank

    Dessert:
    Baklava
    Chocolate Budino Cake
Galaktoboureko - Custard in Baked Phyllo Dough & Vanilla Praline Ice Cream
Loukamathes - Freshly made greek donut dipped in warm honey
Yogurt Sorbet with fruit & mint syrup
    Greek Cookies

Sounds great to me! I didn't ask for breakfast offerings. Hope this helps.
