DH and I are going to Kona for lunch. I have a slight problem in that I don't like sweet stuff on my meal-sweet stuff goes in a bowl for dessert not on my plate with my meat...;)
I have looked at the chicken and the turkey sandwiches for lunch. I like the chicken except for tha mango mayonaise, and like the turkey except for the pear slaw. Please give me some feedback so I can make an educated choice.
Will they let me swap the pear slaw for the sweet potato fries do you think?

And what is Purple Haze hoisin mayonaise?:lmao:

Don't know about swapping sides at Kona but I am sure you can ask that any condiments be either left off the sandwich entirely or served on the side.

ooh-served on the side, never thought of that-that would work because if I like it I can dollop the mayonaise back on :thumbsup2
    Thanks for the suggestion

You can swap out fries, sweet or regular for the slaw. Ask for sauce on the side
