We just got off the five day Wonder cruise and had a wonderful time! The service was excellent, the food excellent, the staff was just beyond wonderful!

But just a few quick questions...

We booked another cruise on our last day, I still haven't rec'd an email or anything, how long should it take to hear something?

Tipping, we loved our servers and our stateroom host! We felt like the reccomend amount wasn't enough and doubled it but now I am wondering if that was enough? How much over should you go to let them know what wonderful service you rec'd?

The only think I was dissapointed in was the autographs, I bought two different packs of sharpies, 15 colors each, fine and extra fine tips, to get colored autographs on our photo mats and they just signed them in black. And it really wasn't that great lookin :confused3

From my experience, I would call Disney on Monday to confirm you really do have a booking.

I booked (I thought) another cruise when we were on our last cruise. I went to the cruise booking desk and booked a "dummy date" for a 3 day Dream cruise with the intentions of changing it to a 2014 date when those dates were released. I got the card at my room and everything and was told the deposit was like about $100.

But, I didnt realize I needed to do anything else and assumed the cruise was booked. Then, when I went to change the date to 2014, that reservation was no where to be found. I hadnt actually booked the dummy cruise but had just gotten the quote. My mistake but I wasnt very happy about it. I lost the 10% discount and OBB credit due to not realizing that I needed to respond back to that quote and making the assumption it was actually booked.

I remember reading that if you call in a few days after the cruise, they will give you the OBB and discount. If I were you, I would make sure to do that so you can be assured you actually have a reservation booked. Good luck!

You should have an email by now. We booked on board last month and had the email when we got home.

It did take a a week or more for the deposit we paid to post to our CC.

I called yesterday and was able to confirm everything! Since I said we were using Dreams Unlimited as a travel agent they sent the email to them. They did send me a copy :)

Fantastic. I was just going to ask whether you had used a TA. We just booked a future cruise on the Fantasy, and we did not get a confirmation e-mail from DCL. They sent it to Costco, and when I called Costco to confirm that they had the reservation in their system, they e-mailed me a confirmation with both the DCL res # and Costco's.
