I had posted earlier (thanks to those who replied to my paranoid ramblings) about having no seat assignments for a trip I booked on-line at flysong.com. I decided I would call them tomorrow. But being the impatient sort, I could help but e-mail them right away. I figured I'd never hear from them in a million years, but much to my surprise I got an e-mail response right away saying not to worry, that have my seat assignments and they even told me what they were. They just a thumbs up for that!
