An hour WERQ class this evening brings me to:
Yesterday 40 min walking, today the same, so I'm at 200/750.
Another 60 makes it 305!!! Elliptical and treadmill.

Worked out last night while my DD swam: 20 elliptical/20 bike/25 trotter = 65 total for the day.
Total for the month:
Run 8, Walk 2: 2 hours 22 minutes
brings me to:
30 minute walk, just trying to stay healthy! My husband and kids are sick!
Exercise class this morning, then joined my friend for the end of the 7 AM walk. Got a set of weights in before class so can cross that off the list!
75 minute walk this morning takes me to 540/1000.
45 mins of Zumba brings me to 350/1000
Added a 50 minute workout last night for a total of 280/600.
I'm continuing on, great week!
Wednesday - 30 Day Shred and a 1 mile run (for speed)
Thursday - 30 minute walk at lunch, 30 minute Drums Alive Class, 30 minute Zumba toning class
A great run tonight with the Wonder Mutt takes me to 454/1300. Whoop! Whoop!
45 min cardio DVDs tonight brings me to
AND it's the first 5 days in a row of serious workouts in a looooooong time! (years). Onward to repeat it next week! (starting Saturday actually)
I'm super excited the temps are supposed to be in the 50s and 60s all weekend! so even tho I will have to wait to try out my new cold running clothes, I am excited for all the snow and ice to melt on the sidewalks!
Woohoo! I went to the gym for an hour yesterday and today! I haven't gone two days after work in awhile. Haha
My legs burn, but its the good kind of pain!

Today was a crazy day for me...went to an hour Strong class this morning, followed by a half hour new class at the gym called Balletone. Tonight, I went to an hour WERQ class followed by an hour TurboKick class.
