In that case we'd better get married, move to Orlando and start working at Disneyworld.

I just wanted to add my two cents about LDR, it really can work. I live in CT and DF lives in Germany. We make it work and it really isn't that hard. We both feel that it is worth it. Good luck!
Funny, I only got here today to do some research on a future solo trip.
Solo is ok, but it so much better when you can find someone who loves Disney as much as you do!
Aww, I just thought I'd add my happy long distance tale - well not really mine but my dear friend. She met a guy in France while in college (he actually was from Sweden) and six long distance years later FINALLY got married. And happily live here in Michigan today.
Just now my problem is she is determined for me to find a guy so her husband can have a best friend.
Disney Lovin' guy here
55 currently living in Central PA
with plans to move to Orlando
However I am not a Prince.
I am a Pyrate, we are much more fun..
That works for me!! hehehehe
Thank you for that.
I would never rule anyone out due to distance. I agree that sometimes you just click with someone & if both of you are determined to make it work, there is always a way.
Some people can make it work. If it's worth it any one can make it work. It's all about the person and the couple that you make

Oh, I had that experience once (14 day trip which was awesome). But since it was her first time I tried to show her everything, that includes things that I would skip going solo.
I assume I just have to give it a try going solo once, without feeling like a touring guide.
I like my solo trips more & more. No one making faces, arguing about restaurants or disbelieving transportation routes! I'm going for a conference w/ big gaps mid-day ( not paying extra for lunch programs). Made some lunch ADRs and looked @ Epcot entertainment schedule & penciled-in some light work-outs. No one to dispute it or fight about it. WONDERFUL!
Woo!! Michigan! Go Blue!
btw good luck everyone. My wife and good friend turned me into a Disney fanatic.
go green! Go white!!!
Go... Irish! Despite living in Michigan I was raised a Notre Dame fan.
Seeing how I'm from Michigan, I think I'm supposed to hate Notre Dame. Not sure exactly why. MSU all the way for me!!!
Im in pa and if you arent a Penn state fan you are supposed to like Notre dame but im a LSU fan....geaux tigers
I really don't care much about college sports. I love the Tigers and Red Wings though!
I'm the opposite. I care about college sports... as long as its MSU. But I just can't get into pros sports too much. But I will have to admit its hard not to enjoy the Red Wings.
Hi arfisher! I am also from western pa and am 28 yr old female. Thought I'd say hello
