It's my ADR day and the new website won't make dining ressies!

    So I took a half day off of work to make my ADR's,every time I try to make a ressie I get this message;

    We're sorry, there is a problem searching for Table Service reservations at this time

    I'm so pissed! I had a feeling this would happen with all the bugs the new website has been encountering.

    So much for getting be our guest for dinner!...sigh :worried:

    Same thing is happening to me right now as we speak. But I was able to get it for the first day of my trip. Makes me think the bug has to do with the 180 + 10.

    I changed to chrome and it was the same thing. Let me try Exlorer.

    Yep, same thing happened to me, it has to be with the 180, I tried differennt browsers & even the Ipad, nothing worked

    Same thing happened to me yesterday. I could book that day, but not plus 10. So I called at 7 and got all my ressies, including BOG for 8 people. Its not a big deal.

    Same happened to me. My ADR 180 +10 day was the 12th. I waited and called at 7 and waited forever. Then tried during my lunch at 12. The CM said that the website is "new and they are working out the kinks." She indicated it should be better very soon. She also told me that once it is working it will be "wonderful" Sure hope so!:thumbsup2

    I hope you were able to call to get your reservation.

    I can't believe that a company as HUGE as Disney can't get their website issues figured out. I mean, this new website has been around for some time now. I can understand kinks in the first few days or weeks, but kinks after several months are inexcusable. Someone in IT needs to get this figured out (preferably before my ADR date of 2-19 ;) ).

    I too am disgusted with the new website. Last night I couldn't log onto anything from one computer, but could from another. Now this morning, all of my reservations and ADRs no longer show up under my account. Since I have 5 room reservations and nearly 30 ADRs, it was pretty time consumer getting everything in order, only to have Disney wipe it all out. Their website is not user friendly at all. I've tried different browsers. I do know that you need at least IE8 to use the system, anything less will not.

    Same problem here, I have tried multiple browsers and nothing is working. I am on hold right now and I find it ironic how it keeps reminding me how "convenient" that their website is for making dining reservations. :lmao:

    I really just want to start screaming at the phone "Liar, Liar!"

    I tried different browsers and an android tablet this morning hoping to be able to make my ADRs but ended up calling right when they opened at 7 am
    (6 am my time). Thirty-four minutes later I had all of my ADRs made. As I explained to the CM who helped me, she was a lovely girl and very helpful, but I would have much preferred making the reservations online as opposed to bothering her.

    Try this as it should take you to the 'old' site where you can make your reservations...

    Here are the steps I follow:

    Open Disney.com

    In the upper left corner are a number of small horizontal lines. I click those.

    Click 'Parks & Travel'

    Click 'Walt Disney World'

    Scroll to the very bottom of the page and in small letters in the dark blue area is 'Full Site'

    When I click that it takes me to the old site I'm familiar with. I choose 'Where to Eat' and am able to book dining reservations there.

    No go for me. I even tried logging into the Disney Canada site, but it keeps redirecting me back to the new site. Oh well. Soon enough I'll be under 180 days on all of my reservations and free to obsess and tinker over them until we leave ;).

    Same thing happened to me this morning. I could only make the online ressie on day 180 but not the remaining of the trip. I got on the phone at 7 ended up having up at 7:40 and trying again and finally I got thru at 8:30. I did get all the restaurants and days I wanted though so I'm happy!:cool1:

    I suspect they don't know what the problem is. If they knew, they probably would have fixed it by now.
    My day was yesterday and I still can't get past 180 days... It lets me pick the dates to search and then shows no availability anywhere. I tried 3 different browsers, did it at home, at work, on my android phone, on my kindle fire, tried going through the old site- nope! I called yesterday morning and spent an hour on hold at 9am, which is not normal for this season (I do this every year and usually have a 5-10 minute wait after 8 or so) They have to realize this is blocking a lot of people out with just the call volume.

    Same thing for me this morning. I knew to expect it based on this thread, but it's still annoying. The CM I got on the phone was great, though. I ended up with the main things I wanted, even if some times aren't exactly what I would have preferred. I did the online survey, and spoke highly of my agent, but made sure to express my dissatisfaction with the website. Not sure if that will get to the right people or not, but it can't hurt.

    This happened to me back in December and it still has not been fixed.


    I called in December and I was able to make all my ADRs by phone, at the time, I told the CM about the issue.


    This is February and it still is not fixed and they plan to launch fastpass plus and they haven't fixed this problem yet. It makes you wonder what drama will pop up with fastpass plus system.
