Okay -- maybe its not THAT bad - but I am getting frustrated. From June to December 2002 I lost 32 pounds eating low carb (247 to 215). Then I slacked off over the holidays. Jan 31st (first day of WISH challenge) I was 222. Well, after slowly getting back in to the swing of things the first three weeks I finally committed and did VERY WELL the next two weeks --- lost down to 219 and then back up to 222. Saturday I thought "The Hell with it" and ate some sweets (pretty many). As of monday I've gained and am up to 224!!!!!!!!!!!! So here goes ----- A 2 week committment (and then I'll re-evaluate). I walked on my treadmill (first time in YEARS) for 15 min this morning. And will walk at least 15 min day. Multi Vitamin and Flaxseed oil capsule daily Metamucil dose daily Minimum of 4 16oz bottles of water daily. Journal what I eat/drink I REALLY want to get this show on the road again! I am SO HAPPY for everyone that is succeeding but I WANT MY CLIPPIE TOO (stomping up and down right now ) PLEASE, PLEASE lets this commitment get me my 5 pound clippie by 3/22! I will need to lose the 2 I've gained (since the challenge started) plus 5 more!
