Ouch! It just depends on where the carry-on will be stored. If there is a space that just fits the dimensions, then there might be a problem.
Maybe one of the others can help out more?
If you've ever carried it on an airline in the past you'll be fine. The bag just has to fit through the security scanner and I've had a few be pretty good size and made it.
I posted the same thing as a question on the Cruise line boards and got similar answers. I should be OK, I believe we have taken this bag as a carry on. In fact we bought it in Orlando in 2007 I think and used it as our carry on back to LA. I hope it's OK because it is perfect for what i want to put in it!
Have a great trip Alison. Look forward to the TR when you return.
I'd think you'd be ok. Overall size is within the limits and yes, it just needs to git through the scanner. Have a great trip!!!
one day!!!!1 WHOOP....
Alison hope you and Fran have an amazing time!
If I don't have time to check in again, have a magical time.
That bag will be fine! I brought an oversize bag too and there was no problems
TOMORROW ALREADY!!! Hope you're almost ready!
Thanks! Even if I don't upload and post from the ship, I hope to get some work on it and my Destination D done when Fran is napping in the room.
I hope so! I'll have a back up in the car, but I'll pack it up this morning.
I thought about you and remembered that you were lugging a sizeable bag with a bit of germ killer. I was actually looking to see what the alcohol limits were when I stumbled on the bag size limits.
Tomorrow tomorrow it's only a day away!!!
We're killing time at the airport.
Have a great time! I miss your hula girl Lilo already! But I'll be modifying my siggie too before I go.
One day to go!!!
I hope you have a magical and relaxing time! You deserve it
Thanks me too! It's looking pretty good already because I have almost everything packed. However, I know Fran pretty well. She went to the library to get some books to read while Darcy and I were still putting things together and I started to put the luggage tags on the suitcases. We had four set aside and I decided it was better not to put the last two on in case she wanted to add another suitcase and I had to cut them in half and use one of them for two bags.
Sure enough. When she finally got home, she added a fifth bag with library books and the other things that were overstuffed into the last two bags. I am still waiting on her to fill the fifth bag to load the last two in the car, plus our carry ons. I have one carry one stuffed and another is waiting for me to pack up my computer (which I will do in the morning).
Don't want to miss out on last minute DIS time! Plus I am uploading pics from Destination D to PB so that I might work on that trip report while she is napping in the room. I figure that I can enjoy our nice room and verandah to get some backlogged TR stuff done!
So I made my first Cruise magnets tonight! Nothing fancy or too elaborate, but I'm proud of myself that I could put something together in such a short time and our door can be festive too!
Here they are!
Yay! Almost all packed and ready to go.
Library books? There's so much to do I'll be shocked if she gets through even one.
I'm so excited for you
Love the magnets!
Adorable! I love them. My printer hates special papers so I'm scared to try.
Love the cruise magnets. Sounds like you're all ready to go for this trip.
I love the magnets.
