My job can get very busy at times, but I am really enjoying it.
Great that you're having fun with it!
And I appreciate you taking the time to tell us about it!

I love when little kids tell me how it was their first time riding and they loved it.
That must just make your day!
One kid even thanked me for building the ride, which was precious.
Awwww....
I also love telling girls dressed as Elsa not to freeze the mountain!

They’ve banned selfie sticks in the theme parks and I couldn’t be happier!
Me too! Those things are terrible.
Well, I don't mind them for the odd selfie... but then people start using them to record entire shows... right in front of you... grrr....
Just noticed you've got a tattoo on your foot.
Noticed 'cause DD18 just got one on her ankle.
Then, we visited my favorite, the Carousel of Progress! It was Katie’s first time and she loved it, of course.

But we'll see.
and attempted to stamp Katie’s head since Katie didn’t have anything for him to sign.

Then I had to head out, but before that we stopped by to meet Tink!
One of the very, very few characters I've met.
He let me rub his nose and he signed my autograph book.

Then we got Starbucks, as we do.
I like that "as we do".

We decided to head to the World Showcase next, and we stopped to see the lumberjack show in Canada.
Meh. I can see that anytime just about on any sled dog trail corner.
They had all these different contests, like who could saw through a log fastest, and who could balance on a spinning log the longest.
I guess I've just seen far too many of those.
Literally.
They also plant three trees for every one they cut down to use in their show. Super cool!
A co-worker's son does that for summer job. I don't remember how many he does in a day...
Several hundred, at least.
I love how the scavenger hunt triggers different animatronics in the park.

Although I must admit to being a bit disappointed with the UK one.
I'm hoping I can talk Kay into trying one anyway in a different country.
Katie and Kristen got chips and bratwurst from Germany,
mmmmmmmm.....
and I got potstickers from China.
Oh! Good to know. Kay loves potstickers.
I love Duffy so much and he gave me a great hug.

Just need to stop here and say how happy I am to have these girls in my life. We get along so well and have so much fun in the park together. I definitely won the roommate lottery.

It was really cool, but I felt dizzy for a little while after that, so I’ll stick to my wimpy green side from now on, I think.
I tried it after doing green. I figured since green was no problem, how bad could orange be?
I spent the whole ride wishing it would end and felt sick for about a half hour afterwards.
so.... nope!
To end our day, we met up with Shayla and her roommate Savannah for a dinner at Via Napoli!
I've heard so many good things about Via Napoli. Especially the pizza.
I got spaghetti and meatballs
Annnnnddd... then you don't have one.

Beautiful shot, Courtney!
They were eating Nutella waffles at Sleepy Hollow,
What? That's not on the menu! At least not online.
Kay loves Nutella. I'll have to swing by there for her.
and I grabbed a soda in this fabulous souvenir cup:
I can see how you'd love that!
My favorite: Why did Aladdin go into the Haunted Mansion? He was looking for a boo (Abu)!
Oh. Dear. Lord.
Both of them said we were the cutest mice they had ever seen

Annnnnd then it started downpouring with plenty of lightning too, meaning a delay of over an hour.
Oh man.
But we made the best of it! We all huddled under Kristen’s umbrella, chatted, had a sing-a-long, and did Disney trivia together.
That sounds like more fun than the fireworks!
Honestly, it’s one of my favorite memories of my CP so far.
Knew it!
Finally it was safe to start the fireworks. These were spectacular! I’ll let the pictures do the talking here:
Beautiful shots.
Thanks for the updates!
