is there a walkway between DHS & Epcot?

The Fantasmic! map below shows a closer view of the DHS end, and the Epcot International Gateway view shows where you enter/exit Epcot.

It is a 25 minute walk. It will almost certainly be faster than taking the boat from DHS to Epcot.

There are Friendship boats that can take you the distance between DHS and Epcot's International Gateway, and yes,
there are Buses that run between DHS and Epcot's front gates
(See map below.)

Thank you so much!! great info. I figure after the disney dining plan kicks in a 25 minute walk will do me good

It is a 25 minute walk. It will almost certainly be faster than taking the boat from DHS to Epcot.

The boat ride, including the 3 interim resort stops, takes 25 minutes.

Any additional wait-time, and loading-time for the boat (at either Epcot or DHS) is extra.
