Has anyone ever bought the insurance protection and is it worth it. How much does it cost?

We don't usually buy the insurance. However, we used our point to take the Disney Cruise beginning of Jan. and thought it was a good ideas for several reasons. First, considering winter weather you never know if you can make the connenctions. We allowed the extra travel day. Second, with the high rate of respotatory infection during this time of year was another consideration. I think the cost was $ 42. As it turned out we didn't need it; however, it was nice to know it was there. Insurance is something you buy and hope you don't need to use it. Enjoy your vacation!

We did buy the insurance for the week at VB and for our DCL, but we don't when we go to WDW. When we go to WDW it is only for a day or two.
