*Insert whiny voice* But I don't want to go to the party, I just want dinner!

I'm really kinda bummed about the halloweenie party taking over wdw. I had plans to run into the magic kingdom Sunday evening after dinner since I'll have just arrived at the GF and wanted to show Mama and Daddy Main street. Maybe have an ice cream. But now I see it will be closed for the party, which has an additional price. Ugh..

My question is this. What if I had made dinner reservations at BOG or Crystal Palace or god forbid, the Royal Table say at 6:30 but I didn't want to attend the party? Are they going to be rushing guests through dinner to get them out if they don't have a ticket?

Does this also mean only ticket holders can get a dinner res after 7pm at those places?

They won't rush you through dinner but they will direct you right out of the park once your done no stopping.
You can make a reservation for after 7 but you will need a ticket to the party to get in so yeah you can only get a reservation after 7 if your a party ticket holder.

The answer to the title of your post is - You can have dinner at over 90 restaurants at WDW that evening. And at the 4 sitdown restaurants in the MK, as long as you have a party ticket.
I think you have an amazing number of choices.

You can make an ADR for anytime before 6:55pm (7pm and later require a ticket). When you are finished you will be escorted to the exit of the park. They won't allow you to shop or anything like that.
