inner thigh toning exercises?

    Hi All,
    Has anybody got any inner thigh toning exercises that work?
    My lateral thigh trainer really doing wonders for outer thigh and calves.But no real results on inner thighs!!!

    Squats are good for inner thighs :thumbsup2 Also, not sure what the name of it is but if you get on all fours, then lift your leg up and out to the side (keeping it in the same position as when you are on your knees, if that makes sense). Do about 10 to 15 times each leg.

    Buy a resistance band, they are quite cheap. Tie one end to a secure place & the other end to your ankle, then move you leg across your body.

    lie down on your side then put your upper leg just behind the lower leg and raise the lower leg towards the ceiling and then lower. do not place the leg entirely back on the floor and keep repeating, to make this harder you could use ankle weights to give you extra resistence. hope this makes sense.
