Incompetent Title company and now I want to walk away from sale

I'm glad everything worked out. But I'd never use this broker again. And yes, I'd write a yelp review. If you were cc-ing him on all your correspondence it means he was blowing you off when he didn't reply. I have never had a broker do that to me and I've bought and sold many contracts. The problem in this case was the broker. He/she should have contacted the Title/Closing company immediately. He/she should have escalated this as soon as the first email was seen. This is just bad followup and blatant disregard for your needs as his seller.
