Hi everyone, i'll have another installment up in the next couple of days hopefully.

Heres a picture of Sleeping Beauty castle taken on oct 2nd during Mickeys Halloween Party.

Mike, now that you mention it, it does look like a leopard print. I was thinking it looked kinda looked like fire.

In the last update we had just quickly walked thru Buena Vista street on our way to Cars land.

we decide to stop at it's tough to be bug to see if there were any fastpasses for Radiator

Springs Racers available, nope, the fastpass machines were closed so we continued on to Cars

land. As we neared Cars Land, we noticed the photopass photographer at the Welcome to cars

Land sign so we stopped to have picture taken

As you enter Cars Land there's a welcome to Radiatore Springs sign and just beyond that is

Fillmore's taste in.

We stopped at Fillmore's for quick look around. Fillmores sells a variety of snack items like

fresh fruit and veggies.I noticed grapes,watermelon,apples,orange's,pickles and brocolli and

carrot cups.There was also bags of trail mix, assorted chips, several different varieties of

soft drinks, juice boxes, Coconut Water, Tea, Power Ade and Water.

After stopping at fillmores, we decided we would try Mator's Junkyard Jamboree as our first

ride in Cars Land. As we entered the queue for Mator's, the wait sign said thirty minutes, but

we ended up waiting about ten minutes. I wasn't to sure if I really wanted to ride Mators

because spinning rides, like the tea cups, usually make me sick. Mator's was an absolute

blast, this ride is so much fun, we were laughing the whole ride. Here are a few pictures of

the queue area and the ride.

After riding Mator's Junkyard Jamboree, we continued on route 66 towards RSR. Mator was

leaving the Cozy Cone motel meet and greet.

as we passed Flo's V8 cafe i had to stop to take a picture, we didn't go inside this time,

maybe we'll eat there later in the trip.

Next we headed for Luigi's Flying Tires. The wait sign said 50 minutes, so we decided not to

ride at this time.

We finally get to RSR only to find the 140 minute long stand by line. Now this day was really

hot and seemed very humid, we weren't sure if we really wanted to wait that long with as hot

as it was getting. As we stood there discussing it, a nearby cm said we should use the single

rider line if we didn't mind being split up into different cars, it would only be about a 20

minute wait for single rider. so into the single rider line we went.

I didn't take too many pics this time around, i wanted to just enjoy my first ride on

Radiatore Springs Racers.

Radiatore Springs Racers is an AWESOME ride, Disney did a fantastic job in creating this.

I just wish it went a little slower during the indoor portion of the ride.
After riding RSR, we decided it was time to find something to snack on. We weren't really

ready for a full meal, we decided to share a turkey leg, that should make a nice little snack,

so we headed towards the Pacific Wharf and then Paradise pier. Heres a pic of the Ornament

Valley and RSR as we were leaving cars Land.

When we got to the Pacific Wharf, we found the Mariachi Divas performing, so we stopped to

listen for a few minutes.

Here are a couple more pictures from the Pacific Wharf as we passed thru.

Hi folks, sorry for not posting any recent updates, sometimes life just gets in the way.

So, in our last update, we had just left Cars land and were heading for Paradise pier in search of a turkey leg. After i had purchased the turkey leg, DD Brie mentioned that she had never been on toy story midway mania. DW Shellie said she was going to find a nice shady spot and enjoy her turkey leg. so Brie and i went on toy story without her.

After riding toy story we made our way along paradise pier. The girls decided they wanted to ride Mickeys fun wheel, but only if we went in the swinging cars. I'm not a fan of mickeys wheel of death, but i went on because Shellie wanted me to. i didn't take any pics , i was to busy holding on for dear life. i dont mind riding in the stationary cars, but the swinging cars really make me queasy.

after riding mickeys "fun" wheel we asked brie what she would like to do. she said she wanted to go on the little mermaid ride since it wasn't open the last time she was there.

next we decide to ride Grizzly river run and hopefully cool off a bit, but when we got there we found a two hour line and the fastpass return time was like eight o clock, so we didn't ride. next we went over to soarin and got a fastpass for a later ride. we stopped to watch the Red Car News Boys at Carthey Circle.

next we went over to the Hollywood backlot to see the frankenweenie preview. right after i took this pic, a CM asked me not to take pictures inside the theatre, i was told there had been "issues" with people having their camera damaged during the show because of the special effects. there was a portion of the preview were it rained inside of the theatre, not alot, but i could see cameras being damaged because of it.

Next we went on monster inc, not sure what it is, but i really like this ride.

after riding monsters inc our fastpass return time for soarin was coming up so we went back to ride that.this was the second time this day i was asked not to take pictures, this time because it was a security concern.

about this time we were starting to get hungry so we decided to head for Naples in DTD for pizza. once again we stopped at carthay circle to watch the Five and Dime group perform.

we walked through the Buena Vista street shops as we exited the park. these pics are from Elias and company.

and heres a picture as we were going into Downtown Disney

The girls wanted to walk through the disney store to see what souvenirs they might want to buy. this is the only pic i took at that time.

we went over to naples ristorante. we had a coupon for $30.00 off your bill so we asked if we could use because the coupon said advance reservations required. naples was more than happy to seat us without the reservation first.
we had the americana pizza, it had Green peppers, mushrooms, red onions, black olives, sausage, pepperoni. it was really good. i didn't take any pics of our food, i was so hungry i didn't even think about it.

so after we ate, we decided it was time to head into Disneyland for a while. i love Disneyland with all the halloween decorations, i think its my favorite time to visit the DLR.

We spent sometime wondering around the shops on main street. Brie said she wanted to go on star tours because she had not been on the updated version and she really wanted to ride it, so we heade for Tomorrowland and star tours.

Next we went to ride Space Mountain Ghost Galaxy but the stand by line was over three hours long and fastpass was not available so we skipped it for now. We ended up looking around the star trader for a while then we went to ride buzz lightyear.

After riding Buzz Lightyear, i was starting to feel pretty tired, i had been up since 9:30 the night before, Brie and Shellie agreed they were also tired even though they each were able to sleep on the drive down, so we went back to our hotel, we had a big day planned for monday oct, 1st. heres a picture i took as we were leaving the park.
