During the shareholders meeting, a kid asked if the name to DHS will be changed, and Iger said that they cannot announce that yet, but there are planned changes to the park which are not announced yet and with that will come a name change. So there ya go.

Very interesting. DHS is my favorite park and I am very interested in what they're planning to do with it.

I think this is appropriate. The "Studios" aspect of the park is dwindling. Hopefully, every building won't look like a sound-stage anymore. This is a good home for Pixar, Star-Wars and other properties like that.

Disney's Hollywood Adventure?

If Star Wars is to be a big part of it, wouldn't "Disney's Pinewood Adventure" make more sense? Neither Pixar nor Star Wars are filmed in Hollywood, so is the term "Hollywood" really relevant any more?

Well the main with Hollywood Boulevard, the Chinese theater, and Sunset Boulevard are all still "Hollywood", but I was more thinking that when "Disney's California Adventure" got remodeled the made the entrance to that resemble the MGM/DHS park so maybe they would go with a name similar to that

Is anyone else amazed by the six year old? Good on her! She probably got more info out by Iger than more adults have!

Disney's Florida Adventure. About as original as the park name in CA.

The original DCA park name in California was a political compromise (with the state and township) at the time.
Early in the time of planning, they had at one time been calling the new Anaheim park "Westcot."

With the recent (about 3 years ago) rebuilding of the DCA park, they changed the name from "Disney's California Adventure" over to the new (and current) name, "Disney California Adventure."
(No, I'm not kidding.)

Disney's Hollywood Adventure?

This, whether serious or not, seems to be the most prudent. Encompasses all the current, new attractions/shows, and rumored things to come.

Robo's "Igerland" would be hilarious though
