I need to loose 25 pounds. I want to be 125 lbs. I'm 5'2". 46 years old and post- menopause. Meaning a low metabolism! My bad habits are binging on junk food My good habits are I like to exercise I do have a question for anyone who'd care to give me their opinions... When I try to determine my basic calorie intake, I like to use my goal weight....does it make sense to do this? If body fat does not burn many calories, why count those pounds of fat toward my body weight? I figure, doing it this way, I'll get a more realistic idea of how much I am burning off. Any opinions ???
