Ok I have been eating 1200 calories. Very healthy choices, yogurt cottage cheese Whole wheat crackers, salad ect and a smart one maybe for dinner I have been working out 5 out of 7 days. useing the cardio buring 400 calories... WHY AM I NOT DROPING ANY POUNDS!!!!! I even went out and got a new scale.. I am getting so mad anyway when I drop the total of 3 lbs ( thats all I want) I will have lost a grand total of 75 lbs in 5 years.. I only want to drop 3 pounds and I have never had such a hard time droping an ounce.
