    Wow, time flies.

    August 1 - offer made
August 4 - off to DVC for ROFR
August 21 - DVC waives ROFR
August 25 - off to closers
September 3 - Rec'd closing statement via e-mail and sent check to closer
    September 8 - CLOSED!
September 10 - We're going to Disney World! I am running in my fourth WDW Marathon January 11 and was getting nervous about having a room. I was going to make regular ressies at CBR just in case this Friday.

    Deal Specifics
OKW - 150 points - August Use year with no bank or borrowed points - $70 per point, I paid closing and prorated dues!

OK, Now what do I do with my excess 38 points? :smooth:

    Congratulations and Welcome Home :)

How about a quick getaway with those extra points? Borrow two points and you have five nights in an OKW studio during Adventure season.
