I make a salad (using the Fresh Express lettuce that is pre-shredded and washed) throw in some cubed Pepper Jack cheese, and a small can of white tuna.

Add some of Wishbone's Fat Free Red Wine Vinaigrette salad dressing (it's so good I could drink it straight  ) and I have a complete meal for myself!

    Try it!

I make a very similar salad but I use chicken instead of tuna. It is so yummy and refreshing! :)

This sounds perfect for a controlled carbohydrate meal. Do you mind if I copy this to the WISH board?

All I have to do is find full fat Raspberry vinaigretted and this is a perfect controlled carbohydrate lunch for me. Thanks Blondie.

Ken's makes a full fat Raspberry Vinaigrette, but it also has walnuts in it.

I can have walnuts, that sounds great, Blondie. I'll have to look for that dressing.
