How often do you call Disney?

    Well, I read some more posts of people calling and getting the pin. So, I broke down and phoned. Spoke with a nice CM but no such luck, no pin for me for the Fall. He did say that I had a PIN for the summer months but would not say want it was for. Probably the current summer promotion. He did say that there will most likely be a discount for the fall but did not disclose anything further. Said to call back in June. The waitng is so hard!

    That is interesting about the pins going out on Wednesdays.
    I have called 3 times this week.
    Tonight I got one of those "fake" pins. (The email from Disney Destinations that is not really a discount, with the 3 digit code).

    I'm sad.

    I know Wednesday has been mentioned several times, but I thought the pins started coming on Thursday last week, not Wednesday.

    I got this today too. :sad: I was sooooo excited when I saw an e-mail from Disney. I almost cried when it was the generic offers. I have been stalking the Disney site tonight on my hubby's account hoping he will the elusive pin :goodvibes

    Got my PIN code last Thursday for free dining..I must have been doing back flips I was so excited!! I heard that if you keep signing up for things or doing the surveys you have a better chance of receiving a code.

    I called twice. The first time I didnt have a pin but the second time I did. I was ecstatic! We're going in October too!! I never received an email or mailing. I still haven't. I just called to see if I did have one.

    I've called once a week since Sept FD went live. I always feel stupid when they say No. We are booked for NOV and will go either way, so I may just wait and hope the Pin goes public.

    Keep calling....I never received an email or post card. I called and had a pin attached to my acct.

    Nice! Bummer for me. I need a room only discount. We are AP holders and don't need tickets and we don't use the DDP. :worried:

    I called and there was nothing attached to my name. I'll just continue to watch for our military discount to be renewed for next year. I :love: our 40% off.

    Please, please, please discount gods....don't make me wait any longer...:worship:

    40% for room discount is great plus you get Florida resident discount too don't you? Or is it 1 or the other?
    We'll be moving down to Florida in a couple of years so we'll get Florida discount and AP's. I can't wait!!

    AP Discount is good too. We are going for that this year as we are going to try to BB in the spring.

    I can't believe she was a little rude about it. I mean, it's not like she answered 24 calls and emails and inquiries personally! It's obviously an enormous computer system that tracks all of that information and it's just their job to have it on hand when you ask questions. Really, we as guests have every right to hem and haw and probe and switch and question every inch of our investment. It's thousands of our hard-earned dollars, and it's their job to make it somehow feel "magical" when we're handing it over...not that we're being naughty for wanting it to be perfectly spent!

    Oh, and I've called about every other day since the day people started talking about receiving Free Dining PIN codes. No luck for me yet, but I'm still hoping against hope. Every phone call is a deposit towards saving over $1,000, so it's worth it!

    That happened to me the other day. The CM said boy you sure have been doing a lot of shopping. At first I just ignored it but once I thought about it more it was really creepy.
