I drink the recommended 64 ounces of water each day.
100+ oz. it's the only thing I drink.
I usually only drink water with lemon or unsweetened iced tea and that totals about 48-64oz a day.
Can't stand diet pop and will only drink regular pop if we get fast food (about once a month).
I've never liked water but last summer I started forcing myself to drink it. Now I can't get enough!! I love pop but since I have been drinking more water it is not as satisfying as it used to be
I have a brita water bottle and it is great I just keep refilling it from the sink, it's great for school too I bring it with me to all my classes
I probably drink about 100 oz each day, maybe more when it's hot. I've started adding a little raw apple cider vinegar to my water so that I'm not just flooding my body too much with plain water.
At least 100 oz of plain water everyday sometimes more. Plus 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning and 1-2 wine coolers in the evening.
Never really measure it, but I consume quite a bit of fluid. 2 cups o' joe, 2-3 bottles of water, 2-3 glasses of ice tea, maybe a diet Dr. Pepper. Then there's beer.
Usually 60-70 ounces a day.
