Fantasy tomorrow! Suppose to be raining . How do I keep luggage dry?

I have a clear plastic case that I got at my local luggage store, it uses Velcro on the bottom to secure it. It will keep your luggage dry and clean from all airport and cruise baggage handling. But since you sail tomorrow you might not have time to get one.
