Just wondering if there are advantages to having so many booked at a time?
Advantages? Not sure what you mean? We book dummy dates on the ship and then typically once cruise dates open up/are released, move them to get opening day prices. We go on two or three cruises a year, so we are going on all of those booked. The first two listed is our B2B on the Magic in Oct after drydock, then Spring Break 2014 on the Fantasy, then a southern next Oct on the Magic. I guess the advantage is opening day pricing for our vacations.
In fact, we have a dummy date booked for Dec 2014. Once they release 2015 dates (probably just the 1st part), we'll decide on one for spring break and perhaps Alaska.
