How Exactly Does The 180 + 10 Work?

I am sure this has been asked a million times but I can't find a thread that is really helping me out here.

When you go to book restaurant reservations, do you have to make sure you are just logged in to your account and it knows you have resort reservations to book the 180 + 10 days? My BOG screen doesn't show any more days than if I wasn't logged in, so I was kind of confused as to HOW this all works.

If you are signed in at 6am on the day that is 180 days before your check-in date, all the dates of your stay (up to 10) will automatically turn blue in the calendar and become searchable. It's also shaded a little. Up until the moment, or if you are not signed in, you won't see anything different than if you had no resort stay booked.
