It has been along time since my DD was young enough not to have a ticket. So how does the fast pass work with kids under 3 not having a ticket?

Since they don't require a ticket, they don't require a fast pass. They just get in line with everyone else.

    Woohoo!

So if four adults have fastpasses, the kid can go twice in a row?

I would imagine 4 times in a row actually.

If the adults are entering the FP line separately, yes. Child enters FP line with 2 adults, rides, then exits. Then child enters FP line with other set of 2 adults, rides, exits.
