Take the bus to MK and then walk or monorail to the CR.

Buses don't go from resort to resort so you'll have to take a bus from sports to one of the parks and then board a bus to the Contemporary (unless you're at MK and then you can walk over or take the monorail)

Taxi. It will cost around $20, but save you an hour's worth of time.

Disney recommends if you use their transportation, to budget 90 minutes to make it to your ADR. Which means you need to be at your resort bus stop by 8:30 am. If you use a taxi you can have them pick you up around 9:30 am. No transfers needed.
