Hours of Bell services at value resorts

Hi - we are checking into POP in March-plane lands at 11:30pm so will not be arriving at the resort until at least 1am(taking ME). We have 2 Owners' lockers that will be waiting for us at bell services and will need to retrieve them when we check in. We usually check in early morning so didn't worry about bell services being available. Does anyone know if they work 24 hours at the values?

Pretty sure they are 24/7.

Jan 2014 our OL was sitting in our room at Pop waiting for us.

I believe the value resorts have a skeleton crew scheduled at "luggage services" overnight, so yes it's 24/7 but very few staff during the overnight hours which can result in delay with deliveries. I don't have experience with OL, though, so maybe that would get delivered as they have time before before you arrive as PP mentions.
