Hi everyone,

Any suggestions of hotels near Legoland that aren't a crazy drive if we're doing two days at the Legoland park with little kids?

We drove from Orlando to Legoland twice on our last visit, and it was no sweat. We passed a Walmart on the way, and it was also easy to pick up a redbox movie and a deli pizza for the rest of the evening. It's not a morning to dark kind of park, imo.

How long did it take to get from orlando to Legoland?

It was about 45 minutes each way, about half of it on the interstate. I'd mapquest the route to see how well it works for you, based on where you want to stay. We were at WBC. Legoland is not in a touristy area with lots to do around it, as I recall. We drive about an hour to get to the closest amusement park to our house, and about two hours to get to the bigger, nicer one, so 45 min was not a big deal to us.
