Hotel near Port Canaveral /Cocoa Beach/Breakfast

We are arriving in Orlando the night before our cruise. Recommendations on where to stay close to the port terminal. How far is Cocoa Beach? Any good recommendation for breakfast? 44 more days till our 1st cruise!!!!

There are a few hotels that include breakfast in the rate. There is also a Mcdonalds across the street from 3 of the hotels that are closest to the port. Cocoa Beach is very near Port Canaveral.

The 3 closest hotels to the port are:

Country Inn and Suites (includes breakfast)
Marriott Residence Inn (includes breakfast)
The Radisson (some rates include breakfast)

there are also many hotels in Cocoa Beach. My favorite hotel is the Marriott Residence Inn mentioned above. We have stayed there several times and the staff, food, service and suites are wonderful with full kitchens and complimentary hot buffet breakfast.

I second mmouse's recommendation. We really enjoy the Residence Inn. Best "included" breakfast I have had. Staff, rooms etc. Plus, you have a kitchen if you wish to prepare something.
