When I went to a show in 2010, I had salad, ribs, plain grilled chicken breast, baked beans, rolls, and a brownie for dessert. There might have been ice cream with the brownie, but I'm not sure. I was shocked that they gave me so much chicken - I think it was 2 breasts. Because it was plain, it wasn't very interesting. I should have focused on the ribs instead! The baked beans were delicious. I'm trying to find time to go to FW on my upcoming trip so that I can have the baked beans again. At the time, they were serving Ener-G rolls and French Meadow brownies.

Here's my recent dining review. We're free of a heck of a lot more than just gluten and there's also info relevant for those with autism but at a minimum you can enjoy the pictures.
