home made chocolate sauce for home made ice cream season.....YUMMY

this is without a doubt the best topping....and so easy.......
Combine and stir until dissolved:
1/3 cup of sugar,
1 tbl soft butter,
1 ounce Bakers unsweetened choc.
1/4 cup cream,
BOIL these ingredients without stirring..(can do in microwave)for 7 minutes,
then add one tablespoon sherry or light wine,
add good vanilla 1/4 teaspoon ......stir and serve warm over
ICE CREAM.....
