Both are good. Been to both many of times.
I just don't think in my opinion BD is worth a 2 tb credit.

Brown Derby is so good the steak just melts in your mouth. YUMMMMMY and that cheesecake there was so good.

For us, no question: Brown Derby. I can get Mama Melrose's style of Italian food anywhere.

But in the interests of full disclosure, we don't do the dining plan. So I don't worry if it's worth 2 credits. To me, it's worth what I pay for it.

If you can afford BD then that's the winner by a long shot.

I've been on the fence about the same two restaurants. DH wants to eat at BD and I'm leaning toward MM. My biggest concern is over the difference in credits. Thanks for the insight.

No way BD is worth 2 dining credits, but if you are paying out of pocket then Brown Derby. Although we've never had a bad meal at either.

We just ate at Brown Derby for the first time last week, it was my pick for Father's day dinner, and we loved it! The food was very good... I had the tofu dish which was excellent and my wife had the steak.
