Stayed there a few times, we quite like it. Very close to the park, rooms are quite big, and having a separate bedroom works very well with our daughter, she can go to bed and we can stay up a bit longer watching TV (since there's 3 of us we get a suite, not a studio). Having the kitchen is also useful, we usually have breakfast and dinner there. The bed in the bedroom is very comfy, not too sure about the sofa bed (only tried it once and didn't like it... but my daughter sleeps really well in it!)
We've normally done shorter stays (2 or 3 nights), so no housekeeping was not an issue, we kept it tidy and reasonably clean (as we would at home). There is a vacuum cleaner in the room, and an ironing board (I think there's a laundry room in the hotel). There's also a dishwasher in the kitchenette; we bring our own dishwasher tablets and usually use it every day... We drive so we can take lots of supplies with us, otherwise the Val d'Europe shopping center (with an Auchan) supermarket is very close. There are also plenty of restaurants around if you dont feel like cooking!
The pool looks really nice but we usually go when it's too cold to try it...
Oh, and if you drive, parking in the street can be tricky!!
