Help with links?

Hi all,

I just started my first ever PTR, I was trying to put my PTR link in my sig but I have no idea how to without the whole http stuff. Can someone please tell me how to put it on?
Also, I wanted to do a table of contents with links on my PTR, Any idea on how I would do that with like the label names most have? Can't seem to figure that one out either!
