HELP.. Received Vacation Ininterary Planner from Poly? What next?

    We will be staying at the Poly Concierge in September and I received a Vacation Itinerary Planner in the mail from the Poly today. It asks that I fill out my information including PS requests and room requests. I filled it out and mailed it back but I am nervous to put all my PS planning in their hands. My "90 days" is quickly approaching and I don't want to miss out on anything. What should I expect to happen next? Will I get a response from the Poly regarding my requests? If so... when? Do I call and follow up? . Please Help!!! THANK YOU!!! :confused:

    I would call or email and follow up. You can never be too sure they got everything exactly how you wanted it. They are very friendly, and they won't mind you calling. Just say you're calling to make sure everything is going OK with your planning. I'm sure they'll be glad to help.

    I would certainly call or email to be sure they receive your itinerary planner, but don't hesitate to leave the booking to them!! They are great, and they do not have the same booking constraints that we mortals do - they can snag PS's that the rest of us can't!!:teeth: Plus, I've noticed that I got seated a lot faster with the concierge PS's!:wave:

    Definitely email them to let them know your specific wants, requests, etc. Marilyn and Aida worked with us and were terrific, getting us all of our PS and even an Illuminations cruise. We just returned from our trip and I am going thru withdrawals.....have a wonderful time!
