Help Me Contact DU Agent!

    I'm trying to contact my DU TA (Merrie Thomas) and although I found her Facebook page- it says that she WORKED for DU; not that she WORKS for DU.

    Can anyone help me out?

    I'm thinking of booking a cruise and today is the 2 week mark- so I can't get a DU quote.

    So how do I do this? Any suggestions??

    TIA, and HELP ME!!

    One thing to note: Ignore the past tense on Facebook. My sister's says worked at.... even though she is currently at that job. A teacher down the hall has a page that says 'Former Kg teacher at....'

    John, I have a question. I had until 2 o'clock today topay for my cruise. Is anyone in the DU office to process payments today? I really want to be able to take this cruise!

    This happened to me in 2011 as I forgot that DU needed time to process my payment before I could check in online. I emailed John and everything was well taken care of. My payment was processed over a weekend just in time.

    Don't worry. You are in good hands.

    Thanks so much! This isn't my first booking with them, but it is the first time that I've waited this long to book. I'll just compulsively keep checking my email.

    I just don't want to make non refundable arrangements without confirmation that the criuse is paid for.
