Hello, We got our package and luggage tags about 10 days ago (we are leaving the 21st). That is when I realized that I never changed the airplane information I had originaly had (ended up changing flights and times). - So I called and they updated my flight information in the system. - I waited for new luggage tags but they never came. - Today I called Disney and spoke to Ace, he said I wont be recieving new luggage tags that the Tags are coded in a way that they are associated with my reservation and that it didn't matter what the tag said (i.e. it has the wrong flight number) the luggage will be picked up and delivered to my resort. What do you all think? Should I call back and talk to someone else. Let me know .... Thanks for the help!
