Help I can't start new thread!

Everytime I try and start a new thread on the CB it tells me that my thread is a duplicate and already posted but it isn't. I have no problem replying to topics it's just when I try and start a thread. Help!

This keeps happening to me too, on the Theme Park Attractions and Strategies board.

It sounds like when the boards are running slow and you hit the submit button it does not go right away and then you hit it again is why it says that.

Everytime I reply to a thread I get the message Your Post contains one or more URLS, The DIS requires a minimum number of posts before allowing the posting of URL's. I don't understand. This is my first time using so I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. I also would to post a threat. Can someone please help
