Hi everyone, I decided to join in the fun...I'm working on the "Self" magazine challenge and through the board, to see what I can accomplish...The self challenge starts this month, so you can still pick up a copy of the magazine. It has been the best source of realistic work outs for me...if you can get past the superthin models, its a great book. (No, I don't work for the magazine... I'm just actually seeing a little progress! ) I did just find a great site that is chock full of ideas and helpful recipes etc... FoodFit I just thought some of you may find it helpful too.
