I'm not sticking to any particular diet right now. I lost 45 lbs on Atkins, modified it to South Beach and then just kinda low-carbed for a while. I've gained about 15 lbs back and realize that I think I'd like to try Weight Watchers again. Just trying to think of something different. (I still have 50 lbs to lose.) So - WWers, whether you've switched from low-carb to WW or you're a WWer - what can you tell me about the program today?
