Hate this new website!!!!!

    OMG I can't stand the new website.:mad: It looks nice but nothing loads, pages keep freezing, pages just don't load when you click on them, and I don't like how room only reservations don't show the nightly rate like they used to. Am I the only one having issues with it?:confused:

    I agree it takes some getting used to. To see the nightly room rate, you need to click on "view price per night" that appears right below the average/night for a particular room category when you pull up a resort. Clicking that will bring up a window that lists each night of your stay and shows the rate per night before taxes. It took me quite some time to figure this out.

    I have been having similar issues with the new website. They can't find my reservations even after I have manually re-entered them, pages don't load and simply come up blank...it's ridiculous. :confused3

    I agree. I need to cancel a reservation, and can't. I was on hold for 45 minutes when I called, and I can't sit and wait anymore.

    I checked out the new website a few days ago and had the same issues - nothing would upload. I just checked back and they have the old website up. I guess they need to fix some major issues:confused:DH is in IT and it baffles him that they would ever change the site until all the bugs were worked out.

    I like the look of the new website, but so far I cannot link my reservations to it at all. Very frustrating.

    I agree 110%. I'm trying to book a trip for July and was offered Free Dining! Too bad when I clicked on the link there was nothing there. I figured it was a glitch in the new site and didn't get my hopes up TOO high but that sure would have been nice!

    I wonder how many clients they are loosing. The Canadian visitors can't even try to acces the website.

    It is a huge headache! I have literally spent days setting up these profiles and linking all family members and it STILL won't recognize my Be Our Guest reservation. I did manage to get all my other resort and dining reservations entered. But it has taken several attempts. Oh, and it still won't recognize my annual pass. Super annoying!!!!!

    Today a free dining offer popped up for "Walk" Disney World! Shocking they could have such a typo!!!

    What I hate is how they give you every resort and you can't tell if there is availability for your dates until you click on each resort. And it takes forever to load each resort only to have them tell you there is no availability there. Thanks a lot (not). Ugh!

    I can't find it either. All you can do is save one offer on the shopping cart.:(

    I dont like it also...no way to pay on a reservation, my 180 adr window is open but it wont let me make ressies, it took me 62 minutes for someone to get on the phone to make a payment. I cant imagine how long for dining reservations:mad:

    I can never understand how a company as big as Disney can't offer a better website - or at least work out the kinks efficiently. This reminds me of when Target "upgraded" a little over a year ago. It was awful and if I recall correctly cost one of the "O's" his job.

    i just called about free dining offer and they said it was a glitch with new website. so frustrating. hope it's all worked out by the time my 180 days hit.

    That's what I found also. As soon as you price another trip(different dates, resort, ticket options, etc) it gets rid of the one you just priced.:badpc:
